OnBase complements Microsoft Dynamics solutions by linking documents generated outside of the system directly from screens within Dynamics applications such as CRM, NAV, SL, GP or AX. This allows users to continue to work in their familiar programs and maintain productivity.

OnBase can also automate processes that precede those managed by Dynamics. For instance, OnBase can manage high-speed batch scanning of incoming invoices, then apply business rules to the invoices and route them for approval prior to posting in AX or SL.

Integrations with Microsoft Dynamics applications are built on Hyland's award-winning Application Enabler technology. A robust API integration for Dynamics GP has also been developed in conjunction with Microsoft technical resources.
