The OnBase Integration for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i gives Oracle users instant access to unstructured supporting information (e-mails, reports, correspondence, invoices and more) directly from E-Business Suite applications. A point-and-click, drag-and-drop configuration tool allows document types in OnBase and transactions in E-Business Suite applications to be associated in seconds and quickly ready for full production import, indexing and retrieval. Individual users can import and index documents by simply clicking a customizable icon within the Oracle application screen. Large batches of documents also can be imported.

Many OnBase customers have integrated other Oracle enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft® and J.D. Edwards using the OnBase  Application Enabler . This easily configurable, rapidly deployable integration utility eliminates indexing labor and links OnBase documents and processes to these applications. With a mouse-click, users working in PeopleSoft or J.D. Edwards applications can directly retrieve individual documents such as a specific PO, "hit lists" such as a record of all orders for a given customer or tabbed folders such as an entire employee record. Application Enabler gives organisations the flexibility to define preferences based on their business needs, as well as to easily and quickly modify those preferences should needs change.
